5. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

5.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

5.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price will still apply.
